摘　　要：目的探讨参苓白术散联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对CT26结直肠癌(CRC)荷瘤小鼠瘤体生长及免疫功能的影响。方法建立CT26 CRC荷瘤小鼠模型,随机分为对照组、模型组、5-FU组(5-FU 25 mg/kg)、联合组(参苓白术散10 g/kg+5-FU 25 mg/kg),于末次给药后比较4组小鼠肿瘤质量、抑瘤率和CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果5-FU组、联合组CT26 CRC荷瘤小鼠肿瘤质量均低于模型组,联合组CT26 CRC荷瘤小鼠肿瘤质量低于5-FU组,抑瘤率高于5-FU组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。模型组、5-FU组CT26 CRC荷瘤小鼠CD4^(+)、IL-2、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,联合组CT26 CRC荷瘤小鼠CD4^(+)、IL-2、TNF-α水平均高于5-FU组,CD8^(+)水平低于5-FU组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论参苓白术散可协同提高5-FU化疗效果并改善机体免疫状态。Objective To investigate the effects of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)on tumor growth and immune function of CT26 colorectal cancer(CRC)bearing mice.Method CT26 CRC bearing mouse model was established and randomly divided into control group,model group,5-FU group(5-FU 25 mg/kg)and combination group(Shenling Baizhu powder 10 g/kg+5-FU 25 mg/kg).The tumor mass,tumor inhibition rate and the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the 4 groups were compared after the last administration.Result The tumor weight of CT26 CRC bearing mice in 5-FU group and combined group were lower than that in model group,and the tumor weight of CT26 CRC bearing mice in combined group was lower than that in 5-FU group,and the tumor inhibition rate was higher than that in 5-FU group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),IL-2 and TNF-αof CT26 CRC bearing mice in model group and 5-FU group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of CD8^(+)were higher than those in control group,the levels of CD4^(+),IL-2 and TNF-αof CT26 CRC bearing mice in combination group were higher than those in 5-FU group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in 5-FU group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder can synergistically increase the effect of 5-FU chemotherapy and improve the immune state of the body.
