摘　　要：传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化,要注重“活态性、开放性、延续性”。充分发挥文化的育人功能,探索将本土优秀商业文化和人文精神有效融入大学生职业素养塑造的全过程。该文在充分解读运河商业文化“信义观”核心内涵的基础上,充分挖掘文化中蕴含的“职业品质”元素,通过“理论创新”“实践创新”“文化创新”“优化师资”“社会协同”5个方面的探索与实践,将本土优秀商业文化融入大学生职业生涯教育的全过程,构建文化融入职业教育新模式,培育符合新时代要求的大学生职业素养和精神面貌。To inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,we should pay attention to"vitality,openness and continuity".Adhere to the principle of"shaping people with culture,highlighting culture with people",fully leverage the educational function of culture,and explore the effective integration of local excellent business culture and humanistic spirit into the entire process of shaping the professional qualities of college students.On the basis of fully interpreting the core connotation of the"faithfulness concept"in the commercial culture of the canal,this article fully explores the elements of"professional quality"contained in the culture.Through exploring and practicing five aspects of"theoretical innovation","practical innovation","cultural innovation","optimization of teaching staff",and"social collaboration",it integrates local excellent commercial culture into the entire process of college students'career education,constructs a new model of cultural integration into vocational education,and shapes the professional qualities and spiritual outlook of college students that meet the requirements of the new era.
