摘 要:针对传统抽芯机构设计过程自动化程度低、步骤繁琐、工作量大的难题,研究基于NX10.0平台,利用NX/Open二次开发技术和C/C++语言开发了斜导柱侧抽芯机构的辅助设计系统。系统首先通过“基于图的特征识别”和“基于面的特征识别”2种方法,设计了相应的特征识别算法,并开发智能特征识别子系统;其次根据成型零件特征数据以及抽芯机构设计的原理,开发了斜导柱侧抽芯机构的各部件参数化设计模块;最终通过UG的CAE运动仿真模块验证了系统参数化驱动设计的可靠性和合理性。系统适用于压铸模与注射模的抽芯机构设计,简化了斜导柱抽芯机构在建模过程的工作量,提高了模具的设计效率。To address the challenges of low automation,tedious steps and heavy workload in the design process of traditional core-pulling mechanism,the study developed a aided design system for side core-pulling mechanism with angle pin based on NX10.0 platform by using NX/Open sec-ondary development technology and C/C++language.Firstly,the corresponding feature recogni-tion algorithm was designed by two methods of"graph-based feature recognition"and"surface-based feature recognition",and the intelligent feature recognition subsystem was developed.Sec-ondly,based on the feature data of the moulded parts and the principle of core-pulling mechanism design,the parametric design module of each component of the side core-pulling mechanism with angle pin was developed.Finally,the reliability and rationality of the parametric drive design of the system were verified by the CAE motion simulation module of UG.The system was applicable to the design of core-pulling mechanism of die-casting and injection moulds,which greatly simpli-fied the work of modeling the core-pulling mechanism with angle pin and improved the efficiency of mould design.
