摘  要:对后轴封盖进行工艺分析,对比不同的成形工艺及零件装配的适应性,确定合理的冲压工艺,并对设计的复合模结构进行阐述。经生产验证:成形工艺合理,降低了传统单工序工艺中多次定位误差造成翻边高度不均匀的风险,提高了生产效率,保证零件装配质量的同时,降低了生产成本。The process analysis of the rear axis cover was carried out,the adaptability of different processes and parts assembly requirements was compared to determine the reasonable stamping process,and the design of the composite die structure was described.It had been verified by pro-duction that the process was reasonable,which reduced the risk of uneven flanging height caused by multiple positioning errors in the traditional single process,improved the production efficiency,ensured the assembly quality of parts,and reduced the production cost.
