摘  要:根据职业院校学生对《数控编程与加工》学习的特点,结合课程侧重于实操的情况,提出为了培养学生的实际工作能力,应对《数控编程与加工》课程进行改革,指出进行教学改革是以培养一线岗位所需人才、以对学生进行综合培养、以传授先进设备和先进技术等为原则,使学生掌握最新的设备操作和技术,不断完善现有的教学方式,才能有效提高学生的技能水平,培养符合用人单位要求的数控人才。According to the characteristics of the students'learning of NC programming and ma-chining in the vocational college,combined with the fact that the course focused on practical oper-ation,the NC programming and machining course should be reformed in order to cultivate stu-dents'practical working ability.It pointed out that the teaching reform should base on the princi-ple of cultivating talents needed for front-line positions,comprehensively training students,and imparting advanced equipment and technology,so that students could master the latest equipment operation and technology,and constantly improve the existing teaching methods,so as to effectively improve the skill level of students and cultivate NC talents that meet the requirements of employers.
