硫酸钙晶须对汽车用制动材料性能的影响

摘  要:研究开发安全环保型汽车用高性能制动材料是当前汽车用制动器的研究热点。利用热压成型技术制备多种纤维协同作用的汽车用高性能制动材料,研究硫酸钙晶须添加量对制动材料摩擦磨损性能、物理性能、力学性能及表面清洁度的影响。结果表明:硫酸钙晶须含量为7%的样品综合性能优异,100~300℃范围内,其数值分别为平均摩擦系数0.374,平均磨损率0.8×10^(-7)cm^(3)/N·m,摩擦系数波动率-23%~11%,洛氏硬度68.3 HRC,冲击强度0.414 kJ/m^(2),密度2.11 g/cm^(3),接触角108.85°。上述性能可满足国家标准GB5763-2008的要求,表明该材料具有工业推广应用的潜力。The research and development of safe and environmentally friendly high-performance friction materials for automotive brakes is the focus of automotive brake materials research.In this paper,high performance automotive brake materials with multi-fiber synergies were prepared by hot pressing technology.The effects of calcium sulfate whisker content on friction and wear properties,physical properties,mechanical properties and surface cleanliness of brake materials were studied.The effects of calcium sulfate whisker content on friction and wear properties,physical properties,mechanical properties and surface cleanliness of brake materials for new energy vehicles were studied.The results show that the sample with 7%calcium sulfate whisker content has excellent comprehensive performance in the range of 100~300℃.The value of the average friction coefficient is 0.374,the average wear rate is 0.8×10^(-7) cm^(3)/N·m,the fluctuation rate of the friction coefficient is-23%~11%,the Rockwell hardness is 68.3 HRC,the impact strength is 0.414 kJ/m^(2),the density is 2.11 g/cm^(3),and the contact angle is 108.85°.The properties can meet the requirements of GB5763-2008 standard,indicating that the material has the potential for industrial application in the future.
