摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕新时代文化建设提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新论断,深刻揭示了中国特色社会主义文化建设规律,开辟了马克思主义文化理论特别是中国化时代化马克思主义文化思想的新境界。作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇,习近平文化思想立足新时代党领导文化建设的伟大实践,科学回答了新时代坚持和发展什么样的中国特色社会主义文化、怎样坚持和发展中国特色社会主义文化的重大时代课题,提出坚持文化自信是实现中华民族伟大复兴的精神支撑,建设中华民族现代文明是新时代新的文化使命,“两个结合”是开辟和发展中国特色社会主义的必由之路,全球文明倡议推动人类文明发展,集中体现了习近平文化思想的原创性贡献。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,viewpoints,and judgments on cultural construction in the new era,profoundly revealing the laws of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics and opening up a new realm of Marxist cultural theory,especially the sinicized and modernized Marxist cultural thought.As the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thought is based on the great practice of cultural construction under the leadership of the Party in the new era.It scientifically answers the major historical questions of what kind of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics to adhere to and develop in the new era,and how to adhere to and develop socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.It proposes that adhering to cultural confidence is the spiritual support for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,that building modern civilization of the Chinese nation is an important content of the new cultural mission in the new era,and that“two combinations”is the only way to open up and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.It also proposes the global civilization initiative to promote the development of human civilization,and embodies the original contribution of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought.
