以牙龈软组织肉瘤为首发症状的原发性肺肉瘤1例报告

摘　　要：口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤以癌为常见,软组织肉瘤较少。肺肉瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,而以牙龈软组织肉瘤为首发症状的肺原发性肉瘤更为罕见。本文报告1例以牙龈软组织肉瘤为首发症状的66岁女性原发性肺肉瘤病例,并结合相关文献进行复习。Malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial region are common,but soft tissue sarcomas are rare.Pulmonary sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor,and primary pulmonary sarcoma with gingival soft tissue sarcoma as the initial symptom is even rarest.This paper reported a case of primary pulmonary sarcoma in a 66-year-old woman with gingival soft tissue sarcoma as the initial symptom and reviewed the relevant literatures.
