摘　　要：随着新能源汽车、航空以及储能产业的迅猛崛起,锂电池产业的重要性愈发凸显,其产业链数字化转型成为行业发展的迫切需求与必然趋势。本文深入探讨了锂电产业链数字化转型的场景图谱构建与实践研究,横向展示了产业链锂盐原材料开采、电芯四大主材生产、锂电池电芯制造、锂电池PACK制造、储能和车载电池服务关键环节数字化协同水平,纵向体现研发设计、生产制造、经营管理、供应链管理、运维服务五大环节,精准剖析数字化协同与集成现状、需求及痛点;通过多维度分析,绘制锂电产业数字化蓝图,加速产业升级,推动新能源领域迈向可持续发展新纪元。With the rapid rise of new energy vehicles,aviation,and energy storage,the importance of the lithium battery industry has become increasingly evident.The digital transformation of the lithium battery industry's supply chain has become an urgent need and an inevitable trend of industry development.This paper conducts in-depth discussions on the scenario chart construction and practical research of the digital transformation of the lithium battery industry's supply chain.It horizontally showcases the digital coordination level of key links in the lithium battery industry's supply chain,including lithium salt raw material mining,the production of the four main materials for lithium batteries,the manufacture of lithium battery cells,the manufacture of lithium battery PACKs,and battery services for energy storage and vehicle applications.It vertically reflects the five stages of research and development,production,management,supply chain management,and after-sales service,accurately analyzing the current status,needs,and pain points of digital coordination and integration.Through multi-dimensional analysis,the paper aims to draw a digital blueprint for the lithium battery industry and accelerate industrial upgrading,driving the new energy field towards a new era of sustainable development.
