摘 要:积极发展清洁能源,推动经济社会绿色低碳转型,已经成为国际社会应对全球气候变化的普遍共识。光伏产业是清洁能源发展的重要增长极,以其核心产品——光伏组件生产的数字化转型提升整个产业核心竞争力,对推动光伏产业高质量发展意义重大。本研究以光伏组件产业链数字化转型推进为出发点,通过梳理光伏组件产业的发展现状,凝练光伏组件产业发展特点,提出了光伏组件产业数字化转型的四大核心要素,聚焦数据要素、知识模型、软件工具、人才技能,探索构建组件产业链数字化转型场景图谱,旨在为光伏组件制造企业数字化转型提供借鉴,为相关部门推动光伏产业智能化、绿色化发展提供决策参考。Actively developing clean energy and promoting a green,low-carbon transition in the economy and society have become a global consensus in addressing climate change.The photovoltaic(PV)industry is a key growth sector in clean energy development.The digital transformation of the PV industry,particularly in the production of its core product—PV modules—plays a significant role in enhancing the industry's overall competitiveness and promoting high-quality development of clean energy.This paper begins with an analysis of the digital transformation of the PV module value chain,reviews the current state of the PV module industry,and distills its development characteristics.It identifies four core elements for the digital transformation of the PV module industry:data,knowledge models,software tools,and talent skills.Additionally,the paper explores the construction of a digital transformation chart for the PV module value chain,aiming to provide insights for PV module manufacturers in their digitalization efforts and offer decision-making references for relevant authorities in driving the intelligent and green development of the PV industry.
