国际职业教育传播视角下“中文+职业教育”人才胜任力模型构建——以东南亚地区为例

摘　　要：“中文+职业教育”人才胜任力研究不仅要关注留学生职业技能,而且要培养其跨文化交际能力,以减少文化冲突的影响,帮助其更快定位职业发展方向。泰国、柬埔寨、新加坡等国家近年来加强国际中文教育资源建设,为“中文+职业教育”培养模式奠定了语言技能基础,人才胜任力模型以语言素养、职业素养和跨文化能力三级维度为依据,细化出20个胜任力特质要素用以评价高素质高层次的国际职业教育人才。The research on the talent competency of“Chinese+vocational education”should not only focus on the vocational skills of international students,but also reduce the impact of cultural conflicts and help them position their career development direction faster.Thailand,Cambodia,Singapore and other countries have strengthened the construction of international Chinese education resources in recent years,laying the foundation of language skills for the“Chinese+vocational education”training model,and the talent competency model is based on the three dimensions of language literacy,professional quality and intercultural competence,and refines 20 competency characteristics to evaluate high-quality and high-level international vocational education talents.
