摘 要:针对尕斯库勒油藏近几年开发中高含水油田注水开发的关键性问题,开展高矿化度高硬度污水配聚及调剖调驱体系研究。通过分析影响尕斯库勒油田污水配聚溶液性能的主控因素,开展以聚合物为基础的调剖调驱体系配方优选、性能评价及调驱机理研究。实验结果表明,污水配聚性能的主控因素影响力顺序为:Fe^(2+)>Fe^(3+)>微生物IB>微生物TGB>溶解氧>微生物SRB>Mg^(2+)>Ca^(2+)>Na^(+)>K^(+);确定了126℃最优的调剖调驱体系配方为:0.5%主剂AS-5+0.2%交联剂ZK-1+0.1%稳定剂硫脲+0.1%改进剂HEDP。封堵和驱油实验结果表明,该体系封堵率达到94.7%,具有较好的驱油性能和改善地层的非均质性能力。该研究为高温高盐油藏的高效开发提供了理论指导和技术支持,具有显著实际意义。Aiming at the key problem of water injection development in high water content oilfield in Gaaskul reservoir in recent years,we carried out the research on high mineralization and high hardness wastewater polymerization and dissection and drive system,mainly by analyzing the main controlling factors affecting the performance of wastewater polymerization solution in Gaaskul field,and then carried out the research of formulation preference,performance evaluation,and drive mechanism for polymer-based dissection and drive system.The experimental results show that the main controlling factors of the performance of wastewater polymerization are in the following order:Fe^(2+)>Fe^(3+)>microbial IB>microbial TGB>dissolved oxygen>microbial SRB>Mg^(2+)>Ca^(2+)>Na^(+)>K^(+);the optimal formulations of the dissection and drive system are determined as follows:0.5%main reagents AS-5+0.2%crosslinking agent ZK-1+0.1%stabilizer thiourea+0.1%modifier HEDP.The results of blocking and oil driving experiments show that the system has excellent blocking performance with 94.7%blocking rate,and the system has good oil driving performance and ability to improve the non-homogeneity of the formation.This study provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the efficient development of high temperature and high salt reservoirs,and has significant practical significance.
