摘  要:习近平总书记着眼于我国教育强国的远景规划和教育的长远发展提出新时代“凝聚人心、完善人格、开发人力、培育人才、造福人民”的教育工作目标,彰显了新时代教育变革的决心。推进教育变革必须贯彻落实“五人”教育工作目标。思想政治教育是教育工作的“生命线”,对“五人”教育工作目标的加速落实和教育变革的稳步发展起着重要的助力作用。落实“五人”教育工作目标应充分发挥思想政治教育的“生命线”作用,从导向引领、精神激励、宣传动员、规律遵循、质量评价五大维度构建思想政治教育对“五人”教育工作目标落实的功能,推进新时代“五人”教育工作目标的落地生根。General Secretary Xi Jinping,with a view to the vision of China as an educational powerhouse and the long-term development of education,has put forward the goal of education in the new era of“uniting people s hearts and minds,perfecting their personalities,developing human resources,nurturing talents and benefiting the people”,which demonstrates the determination to transform education in the new era.To promote educational change,it is necessary to implement the“five person”education goal.Ideological and political education,as the“lifeline”of education,plays an important role in accelerating the implementation of the“five person”educational goals and the steady development of educational change.The implementation of the“five person”education goals should give full play to the role of ideological and political education as a“lifeline”.The function of ideological and political education on the implementation of the“five person”education goal should be constructed from the five dimensions of orientation,inspiration,propaganda and mobilization,compliance with rules and quality evaluation,so as to promote the implementation and rooting of the goal of“five person”education in the new era.
