基于共生理论视角日本足球发展经验及启示

摘　　要：为深入探究日本足球快速发展经验,基于共生理论视角探析日本校园足球和职业足球关系。研究发现,高关联度共生单元为日本校园足球和职业足球共生发展夯实基础;多元畅通共生界面为二者共生发展创造有利条件;正向促进共生环境为二者共生发展提供多重保障;互惠共赢共生模式为二者共生发展持续助力。我国校园足球和职业足球发展应以融合共生为方向,从共生单元、共生界面、共生环境、共生模式4个维度,构建互惠共赢新发展格局。In order to explore the rapid development experience of Japanese football,this paper analyzes the relationship between school football and professional football in Japan from the perspective of symbiosis theo-ry.It is found that the high correlation symbiotic unit lays a solid foundation for the symbiotic development of campus football and professional football in Japan;Pluralistic and smooth symbiotic interface creates favorable conditions for their symbiotic development,which has positively promoted the symbiotic environ-ment,and provided multiple guarantees for their symbiotic development;The mutually beneficial and win-win symbiosis model will continue to boost the symbiotic development of the two.The development of cam-pus football and professional football in China should take integration and symbiosis as the direction,and build a new win-win development pattern from four dimensions:symbiosis unit,symbiosis interface,symbio-sis evironment,and symbiosi mode.
