摘  要:为优化数控机床操作面板布局设计,结合客观测量和主观评估,探讨8个基础功能区位置布局对操作面板可用性的影响。统计102种操作面板上8个基础功能区的位置信息,运用K-Means聚类算法获得4种操作面板布局方式;为评估4种布局方式的可用性,开展可用性测试,采集人机交互过程中的任务绩效、眼动数据和主观评价数据,并对评价指标完成单因素方差分析;最后采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,加权计算4种布局方式的得分,对比分析8个基础功能区位置布局的差异。结果表明:高频功能区集中置于操作面板右侧,优于左侧;急停键置于操作面板左下方,优于左上方;基础功能区横跨操作面板上两个及以上分区的可用性较差。研究结果为提升操作面板界面布局设计的可用性提供了参考。To optimize the layout design of Computer numerical control(CNC)machine tool operation panel,the effect of the layout of eight basic functional areas on the usability of the operation panel was studied combining objective measurements and subjective evaluations.Position information of the eight basic functional areas on 102 operation panels were statistically analyzed.Four layout patterns of operation panels were obtained using K-Means clustering algorithm.The usability tests were conducted to evaluate the usability of the four layout patterns.The task performance,eye-tracking data,and subjective evaluation data were collected during human-machine interaction process.One-way ANOVA was completed for the evaluation indicators.Finally,Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the weights of evaluation indicators.The scores of four layout patterns were weighted calculated.The differences in the layout of the eight functional areas were comparative analyzed.The results indicated that the concentration of high-frequency function keys on the right side of the operation panel was superior to the left side.The emergency stop button located at the lower left of the operation panel was superior to the upper left.The usability of functional areas spanning two or more zones in the operation panel was poor.The research results provided references for improving the usability of the operation panel interface layout design.
