摘　　要：康奈尔大学作为美国高校开拓社会服务功能的先锋,其以社会服务网络为基础、以具体服务项目为载体、以社会服务评价为激励的社会服务模式,对涉农高校利用其在科技、创新和人才等方面的优势,发挥社会服务职能具有重大参考价值。文章在借鉴康奈尔大学社会服务模式有益经验的基础上,提出了完善社会服务组织架构、拓宽服务经费获取渠道和强化社会服务激励机制等优化路径,以期为涉农高校社会服务提供实践指导和参考依据。Cornell University,as a pioneer in exploring social service functions in America,has developed a social service model with social service networks as the basis,service projects as the vehicle and social service evaluations as incentives.This model offered insights into how agricultural universities can leverage their advantages in technology,innovation,and talent to fulfill social service responsibilities.Drawing on the experience of Cornell University,this article proposes optimization paths such as perfecting the organizational structure of social services,expanding channels for obtaining funds,and strengthening incentives for social services,with a view to providing practical guidance and reference for agricultural universities.
