摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议对外话语传播体系建设是这一倡议全局中重要的组成部分,也是中国特色外交话语体系建设的关键一环。当前,“一带一路”话语对外传播所面临的挑战愈发凸显。文章以国际话语事实为依据,详细考察“一带一路”倡议对外话语传播现实情形,综合分析“一带一路”倡议所面临的话语挑战,就相关话语传播的内容、主体、手段、方法、技术等问题提出一系列对策性主张与方略,积极推动“一带一路”倡议对外话语传播体系的整体建设。The construction of the external discourse communication system of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)is a crucial component of the initiative as a whole and a key aspect of building a diplomatic discourse system with Chinese characteristics.Currently,the challenges resulting from the overseas publicity of the BRI discourse are becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the facts of international discourse,this paper examines in detail the reality of the Belt and Road initiative in the communication of foreign discourse.Moreover,it comprehensively analyzes the discourse challenges the BRI faces and proposes a series of countermeasures and strategies on the content,subjects,means,methods,and technologies of relevant discourse communication.It aims to actively promote the overall construction of the external discourse communication system of the BRI.
