摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略是推进中国式现代化的必由之路,是解决新时代“三农”问题的总抓手,同时也是关乎国计民生的全局性事业。地方高校作为服务区域经济社会发展的重要载体,与乡村振兴的本质要求具有内在的系统耦合性,是乡村发展的支撑力量。因此,构建地方高校促进乡村振兴长效机制具有重要的时代价值和实践意义。文章认为基于习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出的“系统观念”指引,须遵循科学性、全面性和可持续性的基本原则,以协调发展、治理有效和共同富裕为主要目标,通过加强高校乡村有效衔接、促进优秀人才有效参与、推进知识技术有效转化的联动路径,构建起地方高校服务乡村振兴的长效机制,是乡村高质量振兴的必要保障。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the way to promote Chinese-style modernization,and it is the general starting point of solving the“issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers”in the new era,and also the overall cause related to the national economy and people’s livelyhood.As an important force serving regional economic and social development,local universities are intrinsically coupled with the essential requirements of rural revitalization,and are the supporting force of rural development.Therefore,it is of great value and practical significance to construct a long-term mechanism for local universities to promote rural revitalization.Based on the ideological guidance of the“system concept”proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Party,it is necessary to follow the basic principles of scientificity,comprehensiveness and sustainability,take coordinated development,effective governance and common prosperity as the main objectives,and build a long-term mechanism for local universities to promote rural revitalization through the linkage path of strengthening the effective connection between universities and rural areas,promoting the effective participation of outstanding talents and promoting the transformation of knowledge and technology,so as to provide the necessary guarantee for high-quality revitalization.
