摘　　要：基因组生物学教学是医学和生物学相关专业重要教学内容之一,课程自身存在多学科交叉及知识更新快的特点。文章分析总结了中国医科大学基因组生物学课程改革的探索和体会,从教学内容的更新、教材选用、课程思政、教学形式及考核方式等方面提出了探索性建议,加强了基础理论拓展及教学与科研、临床工作的结合,为基因组生物学教学提供借鉴和参考。Genome biology is an important course for related specialties of medicine and biology,and this inter-disciplinary course is characterized by knowledge that need to be constantly updated.This paper discusses the teaching reform conducted in the course of genome biology in terms of teaching content,teaching materials,political and ideological education,teaching forms,and assessment methods.The exploration aims to expand basic theories and combine teaching,scientific research,and clinical practice,providing reference for similar teaching reforms.
