生态翻译视域下政治文献的英译策略探究

摘　　要：中国政治文献的英译是这样一个过程:由译者适应翻译生态环境,将原文本的生命移植到目标文本从而使其再生。作为外宣翻译的重要组成部分,政治文献的英译对于传达中国的政治主张、经济观念与文化思想具有重要的战略意义和传播价值。基于生态翻译学理论,以2024年我国《政府工作报告》的英译本为例,探究了译者如何依据综衡化翻译原则实现译入语和译出语在语言、文化和交际层面的生态平衡,从而得出“十化译法”对于政治文献的适用性。生态翻译学理论对于构建具有中国特色的政治话语体系具有可操作性和积极意义。The English translation of Chinese political documents is a process in which the translator adapts to the translational eco-environment and regenerates the life of the original text by transplanting it into the target text.As an important part of international publicity translation,the English translation of political documents is of great strategic significance and communication value for conveying China′s political views,governing ideas and concepts.Based on the theory of eco-translatology,this paper takes the English version of the 2024 Government Work Report as an example and explores how translators can achieve an ecological balance between the source language and the target language at the linguistic,cultural and communicative levels according to the principle of text-balancing scrutinization,so as to conclude the applicability of"Ten-tion"methods to political documents.The results show that eco-translatology is of operable and positive significance for the construction of a political discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
