摘　　要：产业链供应链安全稳定畅通是经济高质量发展的重要支撑,也是构建新发展格局的必然要求。全球汽车产业正处于电动化、智能化转型升级的关键时期,电动汽车产业链供应链渐趋完善,但在产业变革深入推进过程中,仍存在产业链供应链“断链”风险、产业布局失衡、核心技术“卡脖子”等问题。因此,基于产业链供应链韧性内涵,深入剖析电动汽车产业链供应链存在的风险,从搭建风险预警平台、优化产业布局、数实融合等方面,提出针对性对策建议,以期提升电动汽车产业链供应链韧性水平。The safe,stable,and unobstructed industrial chain and supply chain are important supports for high-quality economic development and an inevitable requirement for building a new development pattern.The global automotive industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading towards electrification and intelligence.The electric vehicle industry chain and supply chain are gradually improving.However,in the process of in-depth promotion of industrial transformation,there are still problems such as the risk of"chain breakage"in the industrial chain and supply chain,unbalanced industrial layout,and core technologies being"strangled."Therefore,based on the connotation of the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain,this paper deeply analyzes the risks existing in the electric vehicle industry chain and supply chain.From aspects such as building a risk early warning platform,optimizing industrial layout,and integrating digital and real economies,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the resilience level of the electric vehicle industry chain and supply chain.
