摘 要:采用磁控溅射法在经过水性聚氨酯涂层(WPU)处理的涤纶平纹机织布表面沉积银薄膜(Ag)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、接触角测试仪和四探针测试仪分别表征并探讨WPU涂层和沉积Ag薄膜对涤纶平纹机织布表面微观形貌结构、水接触角以及导电性能的影响。结果表明:WPU涂层处理和沉积Ag薄膜填充了织物表面的沟槽和孔洞,使织物表面更加平整,织物表面粗糙度在115~343nm之间;经过WPU涂层和沉积Ag薄膜后织物的水接触角从99°±1°增加到116°±1°。沉积Ag薄膜后织物表面的方块电阻在(147±3)mΩ/□到(36±1)mΩ/□之间。制备的柔性导电织物可作为全柔性织物电极材料应用于柔性可穿戴聚合物太阳能电池的研发。The silver film(Ag)was deposited on the surface of the polyester plain-woven polyester fabric treated with waterborne polyurethane coating(WPU)using magnetron sputtering.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM),contact angle tester,and four-probe tester were used to characterize and investigate the influence of WPU coating and deposited Ag film on the surface morphological structure,water contact angle and conductivity of the polyester plain-woven fabric.The experimental results showed that the WPU coating treatment and Ag-coated film filled the grooves and holes on the fabric surface,making it smoother.The fabric surface roughness was between 115~343nm.The water contact angle of the fabric after WPU coating and Ag film deposition increased from 99±1°to 116±1°.The square resistance of the fabric surface after Ag film deposition was between 147±3mΩ/□~36±1mΩ/□.The flexible conductive fabric prepared in this study can be used as a new fully flexible fabric electrode material for the development of flexible wearable polymer solar cells.
