摘　　要：户外运动因其挑战性和刺激性而深受大众喜爱,当下我国户外运动蓬勃发展,但亟待形成中国特色的户外运动人文价值理念以引导户外运动健康有序发展。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对比中外户外运动的人文内涵并提出中国特色户外运动的人文价值,助力我国户外运动产业健康有序发展。中国特色户外运动应体现的人文价值:全人群关怀、多维度结合的健康促进价值;健全人格、锻炼意志的教育优化价值;做大国公民、筑活力中国的文明提升价值;人与自然和谐共生的意识培养价值。Outdoor sports is an important form to promote the all-round development of people.At present,outdoor sports are booming in China.Still,it is urgent to form a humanistic value concept of outdoor sports with Chinese characteristics to guide the healthy and orderly development of outdoor sports.Analyze and compare the humanistic values of outdoor sports in China and a-broad using the method of literature data and logical analysis,and put forward the humanistic values of outdoor sports with Chi-nese characteristics and its practical ways to help the healthy development of outdoor sports in China.The humanistic value of outdoor sports with Chinese characteristics embodies:the health promotion value of the whole people's multi-dimensional care;The education optimization value of perfecting personality and exercising will;The value of Civilization promotion;The value of cultivating the consciousness of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
