摘 要:目的 探讨综合设计性实验在高职护理学生糖尿病护理实验教学中的应用效果。方法 采用整群抽样法,以广西某高校2020级及2021级护理高职学生作为研究对象。选取2020级护理高职学生225人作为对照组,2021级护理高职学生176人作为实验组。在糖尿病护理实验课教学中,对照组采用常规教学方法,实验组采用综合设计性实验。利用量表比较两组学生自主学习能力得分、合作问题解决能力得分及批判性思维能力得分。结果 实验组护理高职学生自主学习能力测评量表评分、合作问题解决能力评分、批判性思维能力7个维度评分与总分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 综合设计性实验教学有助于护理高职学生自主学习能力、合作问题解决能力及批判性思维能力的培养。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive design experiment in diabetes nursing experiment teaching for higher vocational nursing students.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to study nursing vocational students from a university in Guangxi in Grade 2020 and 2021.225 nursing higher vocational college students from Grade 2020 were selected as the control group,and 176 nursing higher vocational college students from Grade 2021 were selected as the experimental group.In the teaching of diabetes nursing experiment class,the control group used conventional teaching method,and the experimental group used comprehensive design experiment.Compare the scores of self-directed learning ability,collaborative problem-solving ability,and critical thinking ability between two groups of students with a scale.Results The seven dimensions of scores and total scores of the self-directed learning ability assessment scale,cooperative problem-solving ability,and critical thinking ability of nursing higher vocational students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive design experiment teaching can help cultivate the self-directed learning ability,collaborative problem-solving ability,and critical thinking ability of higher vocational nursing students.
