摘  要:目的 调查实习后本科护生健康评估能力并分析其影响因素。方法 于2024年4月选择150名2020级护理本科生作为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、实习护生压力量表、实习护生职业认同感问卷和护理迷你临床演练评估量表(Nursing-Mini-CEX)对其进行调查。结果 实习后护生Nursing-Mini-CEX总分为(51.25±10.75)分;是否有专业内辅修、是否临床小班教学、是否完整给病人进行过护理评估、是否愿意毕业后从事护理工作、就业态度、对自己人际沟通满意程度、临床实习适应程度不同的实习护生Nursing-Mini-CEX总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Nursing-Mini-CEX总分与实习压力呈负相关关系(r=-0.865,P<0.05),与职业认同感呈正相关关系(r=0.832,P<0.05),职业认同感与实习压力呈负相关关系(r=-0.808,P<0.05);多元回归分析结果显示,实习后本科护生健康评估能力的影响因素为实习压力、职业认同感、是否完整给病人进行过护理评估、是否临床小班教学、是否有专业内辅修、临床实习适应程度、就业态度、对自己人际沟通满意程度。结论 实习后护生健康评估能力处于中等水平,有待提高。学校、医院管理人员和教育工作者应认识到健康评估能力的重要性,并采取积极有效的临床教学方法提高护生的健康评估能力和综合素质。Objective To investigate the health assessment ability of nursing undergraduates after internship and analyze its influencing factors.Methods In April 2024,150 nursing undergraduates from the class of 2020 were selected as the research subjects.A Self-designed General Information Questionnaire,Nursing Interns'Stress Scale,Nursing Interns'Professional Identity Questionnaire,and Nursing Mini-clinical Exercise Evaluation Scale(Nursing-Mini-CEX)were used to investigate them.Results The total score of Nursing-Mini-CEX for nursing students after internship was(51.25±10.75)score.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the total score of Nursing-Mini-CEX among nursing interns with different levels of whether they have professional minor,whether they have clinical small class teaching,whether they have completed nursing evaluation for patients,whether they have willingness to engage in nursing work after graduation,employment attitude,satisfaction with interpersonal communication,and clinical internship adaptation.The total score of Nursing-Mini-CEX is negatively correlated with internship pressure(r=-0.865,P<0.05)and positively correlated with professional identity(r=0.832,P<0.05).Professional identity is negatively correlated with internship pressure(r=-0.808,P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis shows that the influencing factors of nursing undergraduates'health assessment ability after internship are internship pressure,professional identity,whether they have completed nursing assessments for patients,whether they have clinical small class teaching,whether they have professional minor,clinical internship adaptation degree,employment attitude,and satisfaction with their interpersonal communication.Conclusion The health assessment ability of nursing students after internship is at a moderate level,and needs to be improved.School and hospital administrators and educators should recognize the importance of health assessment ability and adopt active and effective clinical teaching methods to enhance the
