摘　　要：目的 分析一次性根管充填术对隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者疼痛程度的影响。方法 非随机选取2021年8月—2023年8月潍坊市坊子区人民医院口腔科收治的60例隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者作为研究对象。按照根管充填方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用分次根管充填术,观察组采用一次性根管充填术,比较两组疼痛情况、临床疗效和术后并发症。结果 观察组中重度疼痛率为13.33%(4/30),低于对照组的23.33%(7/30);治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的83.33%(25/30);术后并发症总发生率为16.67%(5/30),低于对照组的23.33%(7/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.071、1.455、4.166,P均<0.05)。结论 一次性根管充填术可有效治疗伴牙髓炎的隐裂牙,为患者缓解疼痛,安全较高。Objective To analyze the effect of one-time root canal filling on the degree of pain in patients with cracked teeth and pulpitis.Methods From August 2021 to August 2023,sixty patients with cracked teeth and pulpitis admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Fangzi District People′s Hospital of Weifang City were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different root canal filling methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with fractional root canal filling,and the observation group was treated with one time root canal filling.The pain,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of moderate and severe pain in the observation group was 13.33%(4/30),which was lower than that in the control group(23.33%,7/30).The total effective rate of treatment was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30).The total incidence of postoperative complications was 16.67%(5/30),which was lower than 23.33%(7/30)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=1.071,1.455,4.166,all P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal filling can effectively the hidden fissure teeth with pulpitis,relieve pain for patients,and has high safety.
