摘　　要：目的:探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剔除手术对子宫肌瘤患者血清炎症指标及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2021年6月—2023年6月青岛市即墨区第二人民医院收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,研究组行阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术。比较两组炎症指标、围手术期指标、并发症发生情况。结果:术后3 d,两组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α均高于术前,但研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阴式子宫肌瘤剔除手术治疗子宫肌瘤患者效果更好,术后炎症反应较轻,术后恢复更快,并发症更少。Objective:To explore the effects of vaginal myomectomy on serum inflammatory markers and Recovery condition in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Qingdao Jimo District Second People’s Hospital were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group underwent open uterine myomectomy,while the observation group underwent vaginal myomectomy.The inflammatory indexes,perioperative indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:At 3 days after operation,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin two groups were higher than those before operation,but the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Thefirst postoperative exhaust time,first defecation time,first feeding time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 18.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of vaginal myomectomy is more effective in treatment of patients with uterinefibroids,the postoperative inflammatory reaction is lighter,the postoperative recovery is faster,and the complications are less.
