摘　　要：口渴在重症患者中普遍存在,不仅影响其舒适感,还会干扰其生命健康,严重的口渴被重症患者称作是仅次于死亡的痛苦。口腔冷感受器干预方案是在不增加患者负担的情况下缓解口渴症状的有效方法,且干预方式多种多样。本文从重症患者口渴的现状、口渴的影响因素与机制、缓解口渴的相关措施、口腔冷感受器干预方案的机制与实施等方面进行综述,以期为临床医护人员选择合理、安全的干预方案提供借鉴。Thirst is common in severe patients,not only affects their comfort,but also interfeves with their life and health,severe thirst is called by severe patients is second only to death pain.The oral cold receptor intervention program is an effective way to relieve thirst symptoms without increasing the fluid burden of patients,and there are many ways to intervene.In this paper,the status quo of thirst in severe patients,influencing factors and mechanisms of thirst,measures to alleviate thirst,mechanism and implementation of oral cold receptor intervention plan were reviewed,so as to provide reference for clinical staff to choose reasonable and safe intervention plan.
