WHO中医药术语国际标准两个版本比较研究

摘　　要：对比了2007年版WHO INTERNATIONAL STANDARD TERMINOLOGIES ON TRADITIONAL MEDICINEIN THE WESTERN与2022年版WHO INTERNATIONAL STANDARD TERMINOLOGIES ON TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDIICNE两个术语国际标准的正、副文本,根据自建语料库,统计出两个版本相同的中文术语有1364条,相同术语中英译一致的有531条,英译部分一致的有698条,英译完全不一致的为135条;对具有比较意义的833条英译不一致(含部分一致和完全不一致)的术语进行对比讨论,结果发现2022版较2007版在中文术语选取上更加注重中医理念框架的完整性,英译和语法更为准确,译文更具简洁性和流畅性,能够为中医英译实践提供更客观、更全面的国际化标准,是一部质量较高的中医药术语国际标准,能够更好推广中医药文化。To compare the main body text and paratext of the 2007 edition of WHO INTERNATIONAL STANDARD TERMINOLOGIES ON TRADITIONAL MEDICINEIN THE WESTERN and the 2022 edition of WHO INTERNATIONAL STANDARD TERMINOLOGIES ON TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDIICNE.According to the author's self-built corpus,1364 Chinese terms are identical in the two editions,531 are identical in English translation,698 are partially identical in English translation,and 135 are completely inconsistent in English translation.By comparing and discussing 833 terms whose English translation is inconsistent(including partial consistency and complete inconsistency),it is found that the 2022 edition pays more attention to the integrity of the conceptual framework of TCM than the 2007 edition,and its English translation and grammar are more accurate,more concise and fluent of English translation,which can provide more objective and comprehensive international standards for the practice of English translation of TCM.Therefore,the 2022 edition is an international standard of high-quality TCM terms and can further promote TCM culture.
