摘　　要：在医药行业日新月异的时代背景下,对药学拔尖人才的需求日益凸显。作为药学专业核心课程的药用高分子材料学,其教学质量对培养拔尖人才起到了至关重要的作用。本文分析了药用高分子材料学的教学现状及教学改革的意义,通过改革和优化教学方式、保障措施与评价体系等内容,以期激发学生的创新能力、提升其实践操作能力,从而培养出具备高度综合素质的药学拔尖人才,以满足社会对药学领域高端人才的需求。The demand for exceptional talent in the pharmaceutical industry is becoming increasingly prominent,given the constantly evolving landscape of the pharmaceuticals industry.As the core course of pharmaceutical specialty,the teaching quality of polymer science in pharmaceutics plays a vital role in cultivating top-notch talents.The current teaching situation of polymer science in pharmaceutics and the importance of teaching reform are the main topics of this review.It aims to develop students′capacity for innovation and enhance their practical operation skills through the reform and optimization of teaching methods,safeguard measures,and evaluation systems and so on.The ultimate goal is to produce top-notch pharmaceutical talent with superior overall quality,fulfilling the demands of society for highly skilled pharmacy professionals.
