摘　　要：创新创业教育的发展提升高等人才就业、创业竞争力,解决高等人才就业、创业发展困难的基本问题。高校影视专业的人才培养,也要基于创新创业教育做好教育布局,充分结合对影视实验教学的运用,打造以创新创业型影视人才培养为主体的精品课程,进一步通过对影视实验教学优势、教育实践内在支撑、教育设计的分析,明确创新创业型影视人才培养新方向,并利用深化影视实验教学合作、加强学习实训教育建设及构建互动式教学体系等基础策略,不断提升影视实验教学中创新创业型影视人才培养水平。The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education enhances the employment and entrepreneurial competitiveness of higher talents, and solves the basic problems of employment and entrepreneurial development difficulties for higher talents. The talent cultivation of film and television majors in universities should also be based on innovation and entrepreneurship education, with a good educational layout, fully integrating the application of film and television experimental teaching, and creating high-quality courses with innovation and entrepreneurship oriented film and television talent cultivation as the main body. Through the analysis of the advantages of film and television experimental teaching, the internal support of educational practice, and educational design, new directions for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial film and television talents should be clarified. By deepening cooperation in film and television experimental teaching, strengthening the construction of learning and practical training education and building an interactive teaching system and other basic strategies, continuously improve the level of innovative and entrepreneurial film and television talent cultivation in film and television experimental teaching.
