摘  要:血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensinⅠ-converting enzyme,ACE)在血压调节中起关键作用,抑制ACE活性可控制血压升高,食源性ACE抑制肽(angiotensin-Ⅰconverting enzyme inhibitory peptide,ACEIP)因其降压作用温和专一与高安全性近些年受到广泛关注与研究。通过ACE的固定化可以克服传统游离ACE的不足并显著提高其稳定性,并赋予较好的重复使用性。文章对ACE的固定化与固定化ACE用作选择性富集食源性ACEIP组分的亲和分离介质等方面的相关研究进行了综述,并展望了其工业化应用前景。Food-derived ACE inhibitory peptides can regulate blood pressure mildly and specifically by inhibiting the activity of ACE,which has attracted widespread attention and extensive research.Immobilization of ACE can overcome the shortcomings of traditional free ACE,significantly improve its stability,and give better reusability.This review summarized the immobilization of ACE and its use as an affinity separation medium for selective enrichment of food-borne ACEIP components,and prospects for its industrial application.
