摘　　要：提出了一种基于ChatGPT的教学改革方法,旨在利用ChatGPT的自然语言理解和生成能力,改进生物信息专业的编程教学,并提高学生的学习主动性和编程技能。描述了基于ChatGPT的生物信息专业Perl语言编程教学改革方法,设计了一项实验,并收集了学生的学习成绩、学习反馈和教学评估等数据。结果表明,基于ChatGPT的教学改革方法在个性化学习指导、编程技能提升和解决问题的能力培养方面效果显著,与传统教学方法相比具有明显的优势。This paper proposed a teaching reform method based on ChatGPT,which aimed to improve the programming teaching of Bioinformatics Majors and enhanced students'learning initiative and programming skills by using ChatGPT's ability of natural lan-guage understanding and generation.This paper described a ChatGPT based Perl language programming teaching reform method for biological information major,designed an experiment,and collected the data of students'academic performance,learning feedback and teaching evaluation.The results showed that ChatGPT based teaching reform method was effective in personalized learning guid-ance,programming skills improvement and problem solving ability cultivation,and had obvious advantages compared with tradition-al teaching methods.
