肾绞痛医案一则论治:基于“十二纲-病理-方证”辨证体系

摘　　要：“十二纲-病理-方证”辨证体系是王清坚教授在胡希恕先生“六经-八纲-方证”辨证体系思维启发下提出的新见解,该体系从疾病症状分析、病情诊断及选方用药等维度指导临床诊疗,有利于提高临床诊治效率。通过论述王清坚教授运用“十二纲-病理-方证”辨证体系论治肾绞痛医案一则,为该辨证体系在临床中的具体运用提供参考依据。The syndrome differentiation system of“twelve disciplines-pathology-prescription syndromes”is a new insight put forward by Professor Wang Qingjian inspired by Mr.Hu Xishu's thinking of“six classics-eight disciplines-prescription syndromes”.The system guides clinical diagnosis and treatment from the aspects of symptom analysis,diagnosis and judgment,prescription selection and medication,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper will share a medical case of Professor Wang Qingjian's treatment of renal colic with the syndrome differentiation system of“twelve courses-pathology-prescription syndrome”,so as to provide a basis for the specific clinical application of the syndrome differentiation system.
