摘　　要：寻常型鱼鳞病可归属于中医“蛇皮癣”范畴,温伟波教授根据多年临床经验,辨证此病以“阴虚血燥,瘀血阻络”证为主,立“滋阴润燥,养血活血”为治疗大法,自拟养血润肤汤而纯以药浴外治,为温伟波教授从血论治该病的代表方。Ichthyosis vulgaris can be classified into the category of“tinea snake skin”in traditional Chinese medicine.According to Professor Wen Weibo's clinical experience for many years,the syndrome of“Yin deficiency and blood dryness,blood stasis and blockage of collages”is the main syndrome for syndrome differentiation of this disease,thus the decoction of nourishing blood and moisturizing skin for external used by medicinal bath was established on the basic theory of“nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation”,which was Professor Wen's representative prescription of treating ichthyosis vulgaris from blood.
