基于多元数据挖掘分析曲池穴的现代应用规律

摘　　要：目的:基于多元数据挖掘,分析现代文献中曲池穴的常用疗法、主治优势病症及配伍规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wangfang Data)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase数据库中曲池的相关文献,建立主治病症及配穴等数据库,采用多元数据挖掘进行可视化、关联规则及聚类分析。结果:共纳入1408篇文献,穴位注射、针刺、刺络放血、电针、艾灸、推拿为常用疗法;以出现频次降序排列为准,单穴优势病症7种,前5位是发热、眩晕、瘾疹、肱骨外上髁炎和腰痛;配伍优势病症25种,前5位是中风、痿证、痹证、眩晕和颈椎病。配穴以特定穴为主,归经前3位分别是手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经,高频配穴涵盖合谷、足三里、三阴交、外关、血海等22个穴位,通过分析得到20个支持度较高的关联组合和6个有效聚类群。结论:曲池穴治疗范围广泛,以发热、中风、瘾疹为核心优势病症;配伍注重与特定穴联合,以曲池-足三里-合谷为核心组合。Objective:Based on multivariate data mining,to analyze the commonly used therapies,main treatment of dominant diseases and the pattern of combinations of Quchi(LI11)in modern literature.Methods:We searched relevant literature of LI11 in CNKI,Wangfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase database,established the database of dominant diseases and dispensary points,etc.,and used multivariate data mining to carry out visualization,association rules and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 1408 papers were included,and point injection,acupuncture,collateral bloodletting,electro-acupuncture,moxibustion,and massage were the more commonly used therapies.In descending order of frequency of occurrence,there were 7 dominant conditions for single acupoints,and the top 5 were fever,vertigo,urticaria,external humeral epicondylitis,and lumbar pain;and there were 25 dominant conditions for allotment,and the top 5 were wind-strike,impotence,paralysis,vertigo,and cervical spondylosis.The allotment points were mainly specific points,and the top 3 attributed meridians were yangming large intestine meridian of hand,yangming stomach meridian of foot and taiyin spleen meridian of foot,and the high-frequency allotment points covered 22 points such as Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Waiguan(SJ5),and Xuehai(SP10).20 associative combinations with a high degree of support and 6 effective clustering clusters were obtained from the analysis.Conclusion:LI11 have a wide therapeutic range,with fever,wind-strike,and urticaria as the core dominant conditions;the allotment focuses on combining with specific points,with LI11-ST36-LI4 as the core combination.
