摘　　要：传统医药是非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分。基于联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产保护名录中传统医药项目的具体内容,将其梳理总结为传统医学体系、治疗与保健方法、与民俗艺术相结合的疗愈文化、药物相关的民俗文化四个大类。通过分析传统医药项目的传承群体、持有者和实践者、传承方式、保护措施,以讨论其传承保护特色,从中汲取相关经验为中国传统医药非物质文化遗产保护工作提供镜鉴,总结为三点:挖掘医药知识与技术的丰富形态;提供政策、法规、资金支持,开展多层次国际交流合作;增强传承群体使命感,丰富传承方式,扩大传播范围。Traditional medicine represents a vital component of Intangible Cultural Heritage.To categorize the items related to traditional medicine listed in UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage Safeguarding List into four primary groups:traditional medicinal systems,therapeutic and healthcare practices,the fusion of healing culture with folk arts,and folklore associated with medicinal substances.To analyze analysis of these categories by examining the groups responsible for their inheritance,key practitioners,methodologies of transmission,and conservation strategies.This study aims to unravel the unique characteristics of their preservation and transmission.At the same time,drawing from these experiences to provide insights for the protection of traditional medicine as an Intangible Cultural Heritage in our country,summarized into the following three points:to explore the rich forms of medical knowledge and techniques;to provide policies,regulations,and financial support,and to engage in international exchanges and collaborations of multi-level;to enhance the sense of mission among the inheriting groups,to enrich the methods of inheritance,and to expand the scope of dissemination.
