摘　　要：湘农楚天赛车的制动系统是以中国大学生方程式汽车大赛的规则为前提自主设计、制造的。通过汽车制动相关理论及公式计算获得相关数据,并对制动系统的主要零部件进行选型,包括前、后轮制动卡钳及制动主缸等。采用ANSYS工程仿真软件对关键零部件进行校核分析,经过优化进一步对该制动系统进行轻量化设计。在最终的实测中,该制动系统能够满足在紧急制动时四轮同时抱死且行驶方向不变的要求,制动性能比较可靠,能够满足大赛规则的要求。The brake system of Xiangnong Chutian racing car is designed,processed and manufactured independently on the premise of the rules of Formula Student China.Through the relevant theories and formulas of automobile braking,the relevant data are calculated,and the main parts of the braking system are selected,including the front and rear wheel brake calipers,brake master cylinder and other parts.ANSYS is used to check and analyze the key parts.After optimization,the lightweight design of the braking system is further carried out.In the final test,the set of braking system can meet the requirement of emergency braking to make the four wheels lock at the same time and keep the driving direction unchanged.The braking performance is relatively reliable and can meet the requirements of the rules of Formula Student China.
