摘  要:设计一种集成式电子驻车制动(EPB)卡钳作动耐久试验装置,本试验装置主要由液压泵站、控制及采集系统、直流电源及电子负载组成。一个试验周期包括液压建立、EPB电机通电夹紧、夹紧后断电、液压泄压、EPB电机反向通电释放及释放后断电。本试验装置液压压力由比例积分微分(PID)控制动态调整,PID运算结果模拟量由研华PCI-1716数据采集卡输出。研华PCI-1716数据采集卡数字量输出通道控制不同的固态继电器通断,进而控制EPB电机的夹紧与释放。试验过程中,电压和电流值通过RS232串口通信控制电源及电子负载输出,实时记录卡钳当前电流、液压压力、夹紧力等数据并自动保存到数据库中。An integrated electrical parking brake (EPB) caliper actuation durability test device was designed, which was mainly composed of ahydraulic power station, a control and acquisition system, a DC power supply and an electronic load. A test cycle consists of hydraulic set-up, energizedclamping of the EPB motor, power-off after clamping, hydraulic pressure relief, reverse energizing release of the EPB motor, and power-off after release.The hydraulic pressure of this test device is dynamically adjusted by proportional integral derivative (PID) control, and the analog amount of PIDcalculation result is output by Advantech PCI-1716 data acquisition card. Advantech PCI-1716 data acquisition card digital output channel controlsthe switching of different solid state relays on and off, which in turn controls the clamping and release of the EPB motor. During the test, the voltage andcurrent are controlled through RS232 serial communication to control the output of the power supply and electronic load, and the real-time recording ofthe current current, hydraulic pressure, clamping force, and other data of the caliper is automatically saved to the database.
