摘　　要：目的探讨米诺环素联合聚维酮碘含漱液(PIG)治疗中重度牙周炎患儿疗效及对龈沟液前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-8水平的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月该院收治的中重度牙周炎患儿120例作为研究对象,按简单随机化法将其分为对照组(n=60,在牙周基础治疗基础上使用PIG治疗)和观察组(n=60,在对照组基础上使用米诺环素治疗)。对比两组患儿治疗效果;检测并对比两组治疗前后牙周相关指标[出血指数(BI)、牙龈指数(GI)和菌斑指数(PLI)]评分及牙周功能相关指标[牙周探诊深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL)]及龈沟液炎症因子(PGE2、IL-1β、IL-8)水平;记录并对比两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BI、GI、PLI评分和PD、AL及龈沟液PGE2、IL-1β、IL-8水平显著低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后BI、GI、PLI评分和PD、AL水平及龈沟液PGE2、IL-1β、IL-8水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米诺环素联合PIG治疗中重度牙周炎患儿疗效显著,可有效改善患儿牙周指标、牙周功能,降低龈沟液炎症因子水平,安全、可靠,适合临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of minocycline combined with povidone iodine gargle(PIG)in the treatment of children with moderate-to-severe periodontitis and its influence on levels of prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2),interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods A total of 120 children with moderate-to-severe periodontitis admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=60,with treatment of PIG on the basis of periodontal basic treatment)and observation group(n=60,with treatment of minocycline on the basis of control group)according to the simple randomization method.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared;periodontal indexes[bleeding index(BI),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)]scores,periodontal function-related indexes[periodontal probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL)]and gingival creval fluid inflammatory factors(PGE 2,IL-1βand IL-8)levels before and after treatment were detected and compared between the two groups;adverse reactions were recorded and compared in both groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BI,GI,PLI scores,PD,AL levels and gingival crevicular fluid PGE 2,IL-1β,IL-8 levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the BI,GI,PLI scores,PD,AL levels and gingival crevicular fluid PGE 2,IL-1β,IL-8 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline combined with PIG has a significant efficacy in the treatment of children with moderate-to-severe periodontitis,and it can effectively improve the levels of periodontal indexes,periodontal function-related indexes,reduce levels of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors,which is suit
