摘　　要：目的探讨表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKI)靶向治疗辅助传统化疗对老年晚期肺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物、免疫功能指标的影响。方法选择老年晚期肺癌患者74例,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=37)与对照组(n=37)。对照组采用传统化疗,基于此,观察组加用EGFR-TKI靶向治疗。比较2组近期疗效、血清肿瘤标志物、免疫功能及不良反应。结果相比对照组,观察组近期疗效更佳,不良反应更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)更高,肿瘤标志物及CD8^(+)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年晚期肺癌患者在传统化疗的基础上加用EGFR-TKI靶向治疗可提升近期疗效,改善免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平,且不良反应较少,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effects of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI)targeted therapy combined with traditional chemotherapy on serum tumor markers and immune function indexes in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 74 elderly patients with advanced lung cancer were selected and divided into the observation group(n=37)and the control group(n=37)by random number table.The control group was treated with traditional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with EGFR-TKI targeted therapy.The short-term efficacy,serum tumor markers,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had better short-term efficacy and less adverse reactions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher in the observation group after treatment,and tumor markers and CD8^(+)were lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with advanced lung cancer,EGFR-TKI targeting therapy on the basis of traditional chemotherapy can improve the short-term efficacy,improve immune function,reduce the level of tumor markers,and have fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical wide application.
