国家翻译实践视域下藏医基础理论术语英译研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国藏医药对外交流与国际传播不断升温。在坚定文化自信和“翻译中国”的时代背景下,作为推动藏医药文化“走出去”的关键一环,藏医英译研究的重要性不言而喻。作为我国原创性译学理论,“国家翻译实践”为新时期藏医英译研究提供了新的学术视角。在“国家翻译实践”理论框架下,应厘清国家文本、国家利益和国家名义的三维关系,并在此基础上选择藏医基础理论术语英译的适切的策略和方法,以推动藏医术语英译的规范化进程,为中华文化“走出去”和中国对外话语权的建构贡献力量。In recent years,the foreign exchange and international communication of Tibetan medicine in China have grown by leaps and bounds.Under the background of strengthening cultural confidence and“translating China”,as the key part of promoting Tibetan medicine culture to“go global”,the importance of English translation of Tibetan medicine is self-evident.As China's original translation theory,“State Translation Practice”provides a new academic perspective for the study of English translation of Tibetan medicine in the new era.Under the framework of this theory,it is necessary to clarify the three-dimensional relations of the national text,national interests and national name,and on this basis,appropriate strategies and methods should be selected for the English translation of basic theoretical terminology in Tibetan medicine,so as to promote the standardization of English translation of Tibetan medicine terminology,and contribute to the“going global”of Chinese culture and the construction of China's foreign discourse power.
