摘　　要：中医导引法作为一种重要的非药物疗法之一,特色鲜明,历史悠久,为历代医家所重视和传承,在数千年的养生保健实践中发挥着重要作用。马王堆导引术由马王堆汉墓出土的《导引图》改编而成,内含丰富的养生防病思想。通过从整体观、气的调节、运动观、未病先防等角度对马王堆导引术所蕴含的养生防病思想进行解读,发现其与中医学养生思想高度契合。通过进一步梳理研究与详细解读,以期为充分认识中医导引养生的理论特点和实践特色、更好发挥中医导引养生保健作用,以及促进中医导引推广传播提供参考。As one of the important non-drug therapies,the Traditional Chinese Medicine Daoyin has distinct characteristics and a long history,which has been attached importance and inherited by doctors of all dynasties,and has played an important role in the practice of health care for thousands of years.Mawangdui Daoyin technique was adapted from the“Daoyin Map”unearthed from Mawangdui Han tomb,and it contains rich thoughts of health preservation and disease prevention.Through the interpretation of the health care thought of Mawangdui Daoyin from the perspective of the holistic view,the regulation of Qi,the movement view and the prevention of disease,it can be found that it is highly consistent with the health care thought of traditional Chinese medicine.Through further research and detailed interpretation,It is expected to provide reference for fully understanding the theoretical and practical characteristics of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Daoyin health preservation,better play the role of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Daoyin health preservation and promote the spread of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Daoyin.
