摘　　要：报告1例乳头乳晕复合体基底细胞癌。患者女,47岁。左侧乳房斑块1年。皮肤科检查:左侧乳晕周围可见一黑色斑块,形状不规则,大小1.2 cm×0.4 cm,质硬,表面凹凸不平,边界清楚。皮损组织病理:表皮突底部见间隔性的基底样细胞增生团块,外周细胞呈栅栏状排列,可见收缩间隙,部分团块内含色素。诊断:乳头乳晕复合体基底细胞癌。治疗:肿物切除术及皮瓣修复术,愈合良好,术后随访2年未复发。A case of basal cell carcinoma of the Nipple-Areola complex is reported.A 47-year-old woman presented with a black plaque on the left breast for 1 year.Dermatological examination showed a dark and oval plaque,measuring 1.2 cm×0.4 cm,slightly polypoid,hard,seen around the left breast.The lesion had a clear boundary with an uneven surface.Histopathology of skin lesions revealed lobules of basaloid cell proliferation with peripheral palisading and retraction artifact,in the dermis.Pigment was focally noted.A diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma of the Nipple-Areola complex was made.The patient was treated with radical resection and flap repair and healed well without a recurrence 2 years after the operation.
