摘　　要：目的:探究Siebens领域管理模式(SDMM)对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者药物治疗期间自我管理效能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择本院2022年6月—2023年6月收治的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,依据SDMM应用时间分组,即对照组(2022年6月—2022年12月,50例)和观察组(2023年1月—2023年6月,50例)。药物治疗期间,对照组应用常规干预,观察组开展SDMM干预,比较两组自我管理效能、生活质量及用药依从性。结果:观察组管理后自我管理效能、生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从性为88.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:SDMM能提高UC患者的用药依从性,改善自我管理效能及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Siebens domain management model(SDMM)on self-management efficacy and quality of life in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)during drug treatment.Methods:A total of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023were selected as the research objects.According to the application time of SDMM,they were divided into control group(June 2022-December 2022,50 patients)and observation group(January 2023-June 2023,50 patients).During the drug treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given SDMM.The self-management efficacy,quality of life and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of self-management efficacy and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was 88.00%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SDMM can improve the medication compliance,self-management efficacy and quality of life of UC patients.
