摘　　要：回顾我院收治的1例腹茧症患者临床资料,行剖腹探查术、肠粘连松解术,术后并发韦尼克脑病及炎症性肠梗阻,经过积极治疗,恢复良好,顺利出院,随访至今未复发。本文将该例患者的治疗经验以及既往文献报道经验总结如下。Reviewing the clinical data of a patient with abdominal cocoon admitted to our hospital,who underwent exploratory laparotomy and intestinal adhesiolysis,and was complicated by Wernicke′s encephalopathy and inflammatory intestinal obstruction after surgery.After active treatment,the patient recovered well and was discharged successfully,and no recurrence has been observed so far.In this paper,the treatment experience of this patient and previous literature reports were summarized as follows.
