摘 要:由于长期受冲击力作用,船舶某装置的导轨存在安全运行隐患。受限于空间狭小,需要研发一种自动实时的导轨检测设备。本文从导轨的受伤机理出发,确定了导轨无损检测的基本方案,即电涡流无损检测方案。考虑到供电的局限性,同时为了利用滑块的运动动力来源,设计了随动滑块,跟随主滑轮运行。最后给出了基于ARM的探伤、采集和无线传输单元的硬件设计。实验结果验证了所提方案的有效性。The guide rail of a certain equipment on the ship is subjected to impact force for a long time,and there are hidden dangers in its safe operation.Due to the limited space,it is necessary to develop an automatic real-time guide rail detection device.Based on the damage mechanism of the guide rail,this paper proposes basic scheme of the non-destructive testing of the guide rail,that is the eddy current non-destructive testing scheme.Considering the limitation of power supply and in order to make use of the power source of the slider,the following slider is designed to run with the main pulley.Finally,the hardware design of flaw detection,acquisition and wireless transmission unit based on ARM are given.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
