摘　　要：数字化时代,企业的管理文化呈现多样化发展,企业管理文化也更加重视灵活性和创新性,企业管理面临不少挑战,为了更好地推动企业建设和发展,企业管理还需突破传统管理理念的束缚,做好管理理念和技术的创新,构建数字化思维模式。因此,文章分析了数字时代企业管理文化创新途径。In the digital era,the management culture of enterprises shows diversified development,and the enterprise management cul⁃ture also attaches more importance to flexibility and innovation,the enterprise management faces many challenges.In order to better promote the construction and development of enterprises,the enterprise management needs to break the shackles of traditional management con⁃cepts,do a good job in the innovation of management concepts and technologies,and build a digital thinking mode.Therefore,this paper an⁃alyzes the innovative ways of enterprise management culture in the digital age.
