摘　　要：在全球经济深度融合的商业竞技场中,财务管理体系的精细化构建与高效执行则成为企业稳健前行的核心引擎。鉴于信息技术的日新月异与市场需求的快速变化,传统财务管理模式逐渐暴露出其适应性短板,难以满足现代商业运营的深层次需求。因此,探索并深化商业运营管理中财务管理的优化路径,成为企业强化市场竞争力、迈向可持续成长目标的必由之路。文章聚焦于商业运营管理体系下的财务管理优化,提出相关措施以供参考。In the business arena of deep integration of the global economy,the fine construction and efficient execution of financial management systems have become the core engine for enterprises to move forward steadily.In view of the rapid changes in information tech⁃nology and market demand,traditional financial management models have gradually exposed their adaptability shortcomings,making it diffi⁃cult to meet the deep-seated needs of modern commercial operations.Therefore,exploring and deepening the optimization path of financial management in commercial operation management has become the only way for enterprises to strengthen market competitiveness and move towards sustainable growth goals.This article focuses on financial management optimization strategies under the commercial operation man⁃agement system,aiming to put forward relevant measures for refence.
