摘　　要：随着中国经济持续发展与建筑业规模扩大,数字化浪潮为建筑业企业的转型提供了强大支撑,信息化与人工智能系统得到广泛应用。在此背景下,财务共享中心等数字化模式转型后,基层项目财务人员的角色定位成为焦点。推动数字化转型需深入分析基层财务人员的现状,明确其面临的挑战与机遇,同时关注数字化转型带来的行业变革趋势,以把握未来发展方向。为实现此目标,需引导基层财务人员调整思维,主动适应变化,积极探索新的角色定位。With the continuous development of the Chinese economy and the expansion of the construction industry,the digital wave has provided strong support for the transformation of construction enterprises,and information technology and artificial intelligence systems have been widely applied.In this context,after the digital transformation of financial sharing centers and other models,the role positioning of grassroots project finance personnel has become a focus.To promote digital transformation,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the current situation of grassroots financial personnel,clarify the challenges and opportunities they face,and pay attention to the industry transformation trends brought about by digital transformation,in order to grasp the future development direction.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to guide grassroots financial personnel to adjust their thinking,actively adapt to changes,and actively explore new role positio⁃ning.
